From Weed Man to Empire
There's a thread that connects every venture — lived experience transformed into innovation. Take MowBro Depot: in 2016 and again in 2020, Vlad worked as a Lawn Care Technician at Weed Man. Long days under the sun, pushing mowers, learning the literal ground-level realities of lawn care.
That experience — that proximity to the problem — became the foundation for MowBro Depot. Not a business born from market research alone, but from sweat, from understanding what homeowners actually need, from knowing the industry from the inside.
Every venture follows this pattern. Symphony Belle exists because Vlad is raising a young creator. ThinkEV exists because the EV transition is real and people need guidance. Ali Rose Events exists because celebration matters. None of this is theoretical. It's all lived.
Building with AI
In 2025-2026, Vlad began building with an AI team — leveraging artificial intelligence not as a replacement for human creativity, but as an amplifier of it. Each venture is designed, developed, and deployed with AI assistance, making it possible for one person with vision to build what once required entire teams.
